Job Summary
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for marketing websites and complex digital products. Adapt to fluid project styles by pivoting quickly when requirements evolve, then partner with product managers and developers in an agile workflow to turn rapid concepts into functional designs. Assist in gathering user feedback and conducting usability tests to ensure design decisions remain user-centric while maintaining our internal design system and iterating based on team critiques. This junior role offers mentorship from experienced team members and variety in project style, situated within Cosmo Inc.'s digital strategy and creative services agency in Lahore.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships, bootcamp projects, and freelance work apply)
- A strong portfolio showcasing at least 2–3 case studies
- A high comfort level with ambiguity
- Hands-on experience with modern design and prototyping tools, primarily Figma
- A solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design principles
- Strong communication skills
- Empathy for the end-user
- A proactive attitude toward problem-solving
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how web technologies impact design capabilities
- Experience with micro-interactions, motion design, or website builders (e.g., Webflow, Framer)
- A degree or certification in HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field
