Job Summary
Junior Treasury Manager responsible for supporting cash management, liquidity planning, payments, and treasury reporting across multiple entities; assist with cash forecasting, FX monitoring, and treasury analyses; maintain bank account structures and treasury master data; create clear reporting packs in Excel/PowerPoint; contribute to treasury projects emphasizing automation and AI-enabled process improvements; collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Legal, and other Finance teams; require a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and practical exposure to treasury or finance functions; strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and an interest in AI-driven treasury optimization; fluency in English (German a plus); hybrid work arrangement in Göppingen, Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
- First practical exposure to Treasury, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related Finance function through internships, working student roles, or entry-level experience
- Good understanding of core treasury topics such as cash management, bank processes, liquidity, and foreign exchange is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured, hands-on working style
- Confident user of Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data-oriented, automation, or digital tools is welcome
- Affinity for AI and digital innovation, with interest in applying new technologies to improve treasury processes in a responsible and practical way
- Experience with FIS Integrity is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders in an international environment
- Fluent English skills are required; German is a plus
