Job Summary
Get to know each client's travel interests, schedule, and spending goals, then explore vacation destinations, resorts, cruise options, hotels, and guided travel experiences. Recommend travel ideas that align with each client's preferences and budget while helping coordinate accommodations, flights, transportation, activities, and excursions. Assist clients with comparing vacation options and completing travel arrangements by sharing destination information, travel tips, promotions, and package details. Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings to coordinate reservations with approved travel suppliers and confirm booking details. Review itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents for accuracy, maintain accurate records of client communications and reservations, and stay informed about destination highlights, travel trends, and supplier promotions. Deliver outstanding customer support before, during, and after the booking process.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, tourism, or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using computers and web-based applications
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to develop new skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring country
