Junior Transaction Processing Analyst – Analyst (F/M/X)

Process vendor payments, customer refunds, and employee reimbursements in compliance with payment terms and internal controls using banks and SAP. Efficiently process invoices and payments while monitoring execution, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining daily cash positions through forecasts and bank reconciliations. Manage bank account balances, coordinate fund transfers, and liaise with financial institutions to facilitate transactions and resolve banking issues. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Finance, Accounts Payable, and System Providers, to resolve queries and support process improvement projects focused on automation and productivity. Perform month-end closing activities and maintain procedures and controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
