Job Summary
Junior Trainee Employment Law at an international Italian law firm based in Milan. You will work with the Employment Team on advisory matters (work councils and unions, D&I, boardroom and senior executive issues, employment contracts), transactional aspects (employment considerations of M&A, outsourcings, relocations and restructurings), remuneration, and corporate governance, with a focus on cross-border transactions. Ideal candidates are newly graduated in Italian Law, with some internship or short experience in labour/employment law, strong academic background, self-starter and team player with excellent communication, analytical and drafting skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams. English language proficiency is mandatory. From day one, opportunities for formal training, coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job learning are provided. The role is based in Milan, Italy with a hybrid remote arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Newly graduated in Italian Law
- experience in Employment Practice Area or internship in labour law preferred
- strong communication, analytical and drafting skills
- excellent written and spoken English mandatory
