Job Summary
Conduct commercial and business litigation for clients across financial services, accounting, insurance, real estate, construction, gaming, and entertainment. Manage diverse workloads by prioritizing tasks, drafting, researching, and negotiating while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Work independently within the firm's large legal footprint, utilizing the firm's global network to devise creative strategies for large and small clients nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- at least 3 to 5 years of commercial and business litigation experience
- preferably in a large law firm setting
- strong interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills
- detail-oriented
- ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- strong academic background
- superior drafting and research skills
- negotiation skills
- ability to take on significant project responsibility
- admitted to the Nevada bar
- willing to participate in community and professional organizations as part of professional development
