Job Summary
Independently manage the full scope of construction projects for critical environments like hospitals and data centers while mentoring teams and resolving conflicts. Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning to maintain client vision. Ensure timely invoicing, secure add-services opportunities, and conduct requirements gathering with clients, A&E professionals, contractors, and vendors. Collaborate to anticipate risks and solve complex challenges across the project lifecycle. Work onsite in Lanham, MD, 4-5 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management
- thorough understanding of the building design and construction process
- Bachelor's, Associate's, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline
- 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects
- MEP experience in ground-up construction
- Excellent analytical skills
