Job Summary
Lead independent management of full project scope for critical environments (data centers/hospitals), mentor teams, manage schedule/budget, drive risk management and contingency planning; ensure client vision is realized; perform invoicing and identify add-services opportunities; collaborate with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors, and teams to anticipate and resolve risks and conflicts; drive requirements gathering and needs assessments while delivering high-visibility projects in Lima, OH.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management
- Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline
- 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers, labs, hospitals)
- MEP experience in ground-up construction
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
