Job Summary
Deliver high-standard spa treatments including massage and facials while ensuring service and quality standards are met across the Spa operation. Promote Spa products, treatments, and services to guests. This role requires experience in 5-star luxury spa environments, proficiency in spa and reception booking systems, and progress toward NVQ Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy. The position is available on a zero-hours basis at the Edwardian Manchester Hotel, offering competitive salary, 28 days holiday, and access to the Edwardian Academy for ongoing development.
Required Qualifications
- Have experience of all Spa Treatments within a 5 Star or luxury spa environment
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Currently working towards NVQ Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy
- Have experience of spa and reception booking systems
- In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK
