Job Summary
Junior Territory Sales Executive (Partner Sales) participates in the FASTER Program to develop advanced sales strategies, partner-ecosystem expertise, and territory management skills. Will gain hands-on experience in demand generation planning, contribute to revenue growth and new customer acquisition from day one, and evolve into a full-cycle commercial role after an initial onboarding year. The program emphasizes selling Red Hat portfolios (with a primary focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux), collaboration with partners, engaging with potential customers, and learning processes and tools to drive deal velocity, partner registration, and revenue forecasting. The role supports new customer acquisition, leverages channel incentives to accelerate deals, and aims to maximize territory revenue growth. The candidate should be passionate about open source technology, possess foundational business or sales skills, demonstrate self-directed learning, have openness to travel, and be capable of both independent and collaborative work with internal teams and external channel partners. Proficiency in Japanese and business-level English is required. The program starts in September 2026 and offers structured onboarding, mentorship, and field exposure to enable long-term success with Red Hat.”,
Required Qualifications
