Job Summary
We are seeking reliable, energetic Junior Tennis Coach to teach beginner-level programs for children ages 5–10 (K–5) across the Bay Area. All lesson plans and equipment are provided. Responsibilities include teaching classes using company plans, managing groups of 8–16 students, creating a safe and positive learning environment, attending a 2-day unpaid training/shadowing session, taking attendance, communicating with parents and school staff, and capturing program photos. The role requires in-person work in the Bay Area (Menlo Park, CA) with opportunities across summer camps, after-school programs, and weekend clinics. Qualifications emphasize strong communication and classroom management, with playing or coaching experience preferred and US work authorization mandatory. Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle, and be willing to complete required background checks. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Required Qualifications
- At least 19 years old
- Playing or coaching experience preferred but not required
- USPTA/PTR certification is a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- TB test and Live Scan background check before employment
- Must provide a photo and short biography for company website
- Must currently live in the Bay Area and be available for in-person work
