Job Summary
Analyze tender dossiers and determine project eligibility in consultation with the CEO. Draft concept notes for HVAC, sanitary, and electrical systems while ensuring technical, financial, legal, and planning components are timely and complete. Develop and present project execution plans to clients to substantiate the choice for Synflow. Evaluate the tendering process and implement lessons learned to improve future bids. This role supports Synflow's growth in residential B2B, office, and care center projects across Flanders and Brussels. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or master in a technical direction such as energy technology or electromechanics
