Job Summary
Prepare company profiles of potential acquisition targets by collecting data from key stakeholders and management. Analyze current and past financial data and performance to establish and evaluate profit plans. Explore future investment opportunities while supporting the technology analytical team. This role requires C.F.A. Level 1 or enrollment, three to four years of analyst associate experience, and strong quantitative skills. Located in Toronto, this position is within a growing Capital Markets team.
Required Qualifications
- C.F.A. Level 1 and / or enrolled in Level 2 or completed
- 3-4 years or more experience working as an analyst associate in the technology sector
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and support the technology analytical team
- Strong quantitative skills
- Above average communications skills
- Ability to establish and evaluate profit plans
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance
- Explore future investment opportunities
Desired Qualifications
- P. Eng. or M.B.A degree would be an asset
