Job Summary
Prepare and monitor multi-year maintenance budgets and schedule associated maintenance activities. Collaborate with account managers to plan maintenance, request and evaluate maintenance work, contracts, and invoices. Identify new developments and translate them into internal organizational changes. Explain planned maintenance activities during VvE meetings. This role supports MVGM's mission to manage over 3,600 owner associations across the Netherlands by handling technical, administrative, and legal responsibilities. The position offers significant growth potential within a supportive team environment and includes hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau met een opleiding in een technische richting zoals: Built environment, Bouwkunde of Elektrotechniek
- Interesse in vastgoed
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
- Zelfstandig en resultaatgericht, gestructureerd, leergierig en kritisch
- In bezit van rijbewijs B
