Job Summary
Manage multi-year maintenance budgets and plan regular maintenance activities alongside account managers. Evaluate maintenance work, contracts, and quotes while identifying new developments to translate them into internal organizational changes. Present planned maintenance initiatives during VvE meetings, including evening sessions approximately 25 times annually. This Junior Technisch Manager role supports MVGM, the largest VvE manager in the Netherlands, serving over 3,600 owner associations. The position offers development opportunities within a close team, hybrid working arrangements, and a salary range of €2,700 to €3,200.
Required Qualifications
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau met een opleiding in een technische richting zoals: Built environment, Bouwkunde of Elektrotechniek
