Job Summary
Lead a team of technical specialists and partners in functional engineering leadership for high-voltage projects, guiding colleagues from tender through realization and handover. Develop integral design plans, document lists, and schedules while managing risk registers and workload distribution across disciplines. Translate new safety norms, innovations, and client requirements into project designs, driving process optimizations to standardize technical management. Collaborate with client and supplier teams to ensure consistent internal processes and report to the Engineering Team Lead. Work on energy transition projects for major grid operators and industrial clients under the supervision of a senior manager.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde technische hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting elektrotechniek
- Ervaring als engineer, bij voorkeur binnen de hoogspanning
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk)
