Job Summary
Inspect homes inside and out to identify pests, entry points, and infestations, then diagnose issues and apply effective treatments. Complete service reports detailing work performed and products used while providing excellent customer service and answering homeowner questions. Educate clients on prevention strategies and recommend solutions to stop future infestations, building strong relationships as the face of the company. Work outdoors in various environments including crawl spaces and damp areas, operating a company vehicle with no on-call shifts. Requires a Structural Exterminator License, Class 5 driver's license, and ability to lift 30 lbs. Full-time, permanent role with competitive pay, benefits, and commission opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs of equipment
- Comfortable working in different environments (crawl spaces, damp or dusty spots)
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good people skills
- Must possess a Structural Exterminator License
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
- Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a solid team
- Interest in pest control or learning a skilled trade
