Junior Technical Success Manager - US/LATAM

Job Summary
As a Junior Technical Success Manager, you will be the primary technical owner of post-sale relationships for strategic accounts, coordinating between Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Support to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Vector Search, Semantic Search, Agentic AI, and RAG solutions. You will conduct regular technical health checks, align customer timelines with internal resources, and educate customers on best practices to scale enterprise AI usage. You will drive adoption and value by guiding customers through implementation lifecycles, manage expectations across multiple projects, and serve as the escalation point for critical issues. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, communication of technical blockers in business terms, and helping customers realize measurable outcomes. Nice-to-have experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) and search technologies (Elasticsearch, Solr, Pinecone, Milvus, or Qdrant).
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical delivery role
- ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects
- understanding of ML lifecycle, data pipelines, and search/retrieval systems
- ability to translate technical blockers into business impact
- experience with Forward Deployed/Professional Services models (nice to have)
