• •As a Junior Recruiter, you'll play an important role in helping us identify and connect great people with great opportunities
• •You'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and engaging candidates to interviewing, coordinating processes, and supporting successful placements
• •You don't need to be an expert recruiter coming in. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, energy, curiosity, and drive to learn
• •Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels
• •Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals
• •Reach out to prospective candidates and introduce them to relevant career opportunities
• •Conduct initial candidate screens and assess skills, experience, and career goals
• •Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand client requirements
• •Manage candidate pipelines and keep recruitment activity organized and up to date
• •Coordinate interviews and help candidates navigate the recruitment process
• •Maintain strong communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the process
• •Research companies, technologies, industries, and talent markets to support recruiting efforts
• •Contribute to TalentLab's sourcing strategies, recruiting campaigns, and team initiatives
• •Learn and develop your understanding of technical roles across areas such as software, hardware, engineering, AI/ML, and embedded systems
