Job Summary
Technical Product Manager for COHORT internal tools platform. Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and ongoing support; translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications and UI/UX concepts; collaborate with developers to define architecture and feasibility; drive adoption through testing, feedback, and automation opportunities (AI/RPA); monitor platform health and coordinate issue resolution; communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders; focus on turning operational needs into scalable software solutions and shaping the long-term roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on software development experience
- Experience with modern web application development
- Familiarity with technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, or similar tools
- Ability to understand technical systems, APIs, databases, integrations, and infrastructure at a practical level
- Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing priorities and turn ambiguous requests into clear plans
