Job Summary
Junior Technical Business Analyst to support the full systems development lifecycle across data-driven environments. Elicit, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into high-quality Agile artifacts (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria). Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure backlog readiness and alignment to mission and business objectives. Contribute to BI initiatives, production issue resolution, and continuous process improvement; support program reporting. Responsibilities include documenting and prioritizing requirements, ensuring quality standards (Definition of Ready/Definition of Done), coordinating with internal teams to fulfill IT requests, and providing training on system usage. This is a fully remote role with emphasis on collaboration across cross-functional teams and iterative delivery.
