Job Summary
Junior Technical Account Manager (UK, Hybrid, Full-Time) to act as the bridge between clients and engineering teams, owning client relationships and ensuring service excellence. You’ll be the primary contact for day-to-day queries, attend client meetings both in person and virtually, assist with Microsoft 365 queries, coordinate with the engineering team to deliver solutions, and keep clients informed of the latest technologies. You’ll work with Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities to add value, support account reviews and client communications, and grow your own portfolio of client relationships. Desirable experience includes Microsoft 365 or similar cloud platforms and prior MSP or technology services exposure. A strong emphasis on relationship-building, problem-solving, organization, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels is required.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in IT or prior experience in an IT support or customer-facing technical role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence to engage with clients at all levels, from end users to senior stakeholders
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Desirable: Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 or similar cloud platforms
