Junior Technical Account Manager (RTB)

Manage technical integrations and provide ongoing support to DSPs, SSPs, publishers, and internal teams. Monitor, analyze, and optimize integrations to meet targets, while investigating and resolving exchange integration issues by escalating bugs to Engineering and Product Management. Create SQL-based internal dashboards and complex reports, prepare custom reporting API specifications, and perform manual testing of new features. Debug and troubleshoot ad display issues across desktop and web environments, adjusting formats to improve user experience. Communicate with partners and managers regarding technical challenges.
