Conduct inspiring tours and manage the onboarding process for new talent at Lamb Weston locations in Bergen op Zoom and Kruiningen. Carefully follow up on sick employees, including conversations regarding frequent absenteeism or NOKD cases, while maintaining visible presence on the floor to build contact with everyone. Actively contribute ideas to make processes smarter, better, and more efficient, and keep the HACCP overview strictly up to date in the administration. Coordinate intensively with talent, supervisors, and the HR department, and utilize a flexible schedule between two locations with a lease bike or NS Business Card included.
