Job Summary
Junior Talent Sourcer at Laba Group responsible for identifying top experts to lead our courses, collaborating with production to define requisites for each new role, locating leaders in the industry, and managing candidate interactions in the ATS (screening, outreach, scheduling). Responsibilities also include maintaining effective communication, providing feedback, and building reports and analytics on recruitment pipelines. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, high attention to detail, Polish and English communication, and collaboration with team members to support two main educational platforms (Laba — online business school and Skvot — creative online school).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sourcing/recruitment
- Proficient in using LinkedIn (preferably LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray, Boolean Search)
- Fluent Polish and professional level of English
- Willingness to learn and explore unfamiliar areas
- Excellent attention to detail and strong linguistic/cultural skills for crafting quality offers
- Proactivity and ability to think outside the box; meet deadlines and propose great solutions
- Patience and ability to handle repetitive tasks without getting bored; meditation on tasks
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with candidates and teammates
