Job Summary

End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management across IT/Non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding, and recruitment analytics. Responsible for sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases; perform headhunting and talent mapping for AI, Software Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, ERP, SAP, Finance, and Corporate functions; build and maintain talent pipelines; conduct competency-based interviews; coordinate with hiring managers to align role requirements with market conditions; prepare candidate summaries and provide recommendations; manage candidate engagement throughout the process and maintain accurate ATS records; assist with offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and recruitment reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Experience in IT / Non-IT hiring
