Job Summary
Junior Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to support data quality, reporting, process adherence, ATS maintenance, and candidate experience within BTSE's TA team. Role focuses on ensuring data integrity, aligning recruitment efforts with business objectives, and improving the candidate journey for fresh graduates entering HR/TA operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Prior internship experience in HR or administrative roles (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (nice to have)
