Job Summary
Develop mission-critical, NSA-certified cybersecurity devices using custom in-house software within a cross-functional team. Perform requirements analysis, functional analysis, and system design to derive specifications, code, and test plans. Execute systems-level testing and debugging while conducting trade studies and managing long development lifecycles. Define scope, schedule, and expectations for projects, providing technical direction with minimal guidance. Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation in high-speed data environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship

- Agile experience
- Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Full Stack experience
- Extensive experience with DOORs
- Requirements Analysis and Management
- Functional Analysis, performance analysis, and Systems design
- Trade Studies
- System integration and testing
- Linux
- Networking experience including Layer 2 and Layer 3
- Experience working in a fast-paced product development environment
- Passion for designing complicated systems and working on problems of diverse scope
- Ability to define the scope, schedule, and expectations for the work you execute
- Shows initiative on assignments and executes projects with little guidance and can provide technical direction and leadership
- Ability to write CONOPS, Specifications or Requirements and derive into software design, code, test plans, and then execute Systems level testing/debugging
- Proficiency with Systems and Test tools supporting testing in a lab environment
- Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation
