Job Summary
Operate and maintain CI microservice systems in a production setting while monitoring performance, troubleshooting incidents, and executing regular security patching for servers and databases. Diagnose and remediate system defects to ensure reliability and uptime, then architect enhancements to existing platform capabilities including AI-driven components such as MCP servers and agents. Support CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams using Linux, Python, or Javascript, with hands-on Docker experience and foundational database knowledge. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1 to 3 years of engineering experience, with exposure to Azure or AWS preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- 1 to 3 years of experience in software engineering or system operations
- Proficiency in Linux environments
- Working experience with scripting languages, Python or Javascript
- Hands-on experience with Docker
- Foundational understanding of databases and CI/CD methodologies
- Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud platforms
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Experience supporting microservices in production environments
- Familiarity with automation workflows and infrastructure processes
