Job Summary
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices. Conduct Tier 1 through Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution while installing PC, server, and network hardware using PowerShell, PDQ, or SCCM tools. Isolate and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, configure network components, and maintain operating system integrity. Perform software installations, upgrades, and patch management for Unix/Windows systems, manage linked databases for security and disaster recovery, and conduct routine and emergency data center maintenance. Coordinate preventive maintenance windows, collaborate on backup and recovery plans, ensure systems meet STIG guidelines, and document all work in ServicePlus. Maintain SOPs and verify system availability using Enterprise tools.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS clearance (with SCI Eligibility)
- eligibility to obtain CI Poly
- Security+ or DoD 8570 Level II equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience
- valid US passport
- Experience working with trouble ticket reporting and tracking systems such as ServicePlus
- Ability to respond to after hour calls 'provide on-call support' based upon contract requirements
- Ability to travel 0-20% to local area sites as well as other locations with similar architecture/footprint
- Ability to complete shift work with schedule flexibility with prior notice to support a 24hour / 365day operations site
- Strong documentation skills
- experience work with MS Office products especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong customer support skills providing support to end users
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- The ability to lift/move/carry equipment as necessary (max 65 pounds)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the imagery intelligence domain
- Ability to create and modify scripts in multiple disciplines in Windows, Linux
- Knowledge of the Customer's processes and procedures and of the Customer's production systems
- Ability to function as a team member and independently
- Prefer skills in one or more of the following: Window Desktop OS, PowerShell, Red Hat, and Imagery Production Chain
- General knowledge of database administration, network administration and possess network configuration management skills
- Intelligence Community Experience
