Job Summary
Junior supportkonsulent with operational responsibilities in a developing healthtech environment. You will handle customer inquiries via web, phone and chat, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our solutions and third‐party equipment, collaborate with customers to establish efficient processes for fast, professional issue resolution, contribute to continuous improvement of routines, processes, tools and ways of working, prepare, configure and dispatch technical equipment to customers, travel to customer sites for support tasks and basic training, and collaborate across the company with suppliers in Norway and Europe to ensure best possible deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant education at bachelor level within informatics, networking, healthcare or similar
- Experience from customer service and support; experience with welfare technology is a big advantage
- Good understanding of IT solutions, cloud services and technical equipment
- Structured, service-oriented and curious about technology
- Clear and engaging communication in Norwegian and English
- Enjoy working with people—customers and colleagues
