Job Summary
Provide level 1-2 technical support for enterprise software, diagnose and resolve issues quickly and effectively, and assist during hypercare after Go Live. Contribute to knowledge-base materials, document activities in tickets, perform corrective and preventive maintenance, and communicate progress to clients. Collaborate with development teams to resolve bugs and software issues affecting post-Go Live. Demonstrate strong technical proficiency, empathy in customer interactions, and a commitment to continuous improvement and timely problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience with Windows and Office 365
- English – Basic Level
