Required Qualifications
- 5 Years of experience in construction
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

- List of all applicable licenses and certifications
- Level of competency with the operation of heavy equipment
- If OSHA regulations and provide certification level of OSHA compliance achieved
- Ability to work 2 Saturdays a month when needed

- Experience in Luxury Home Construction
- Ability to Read Construction Drawings
