Job Summary
Own end-to-end workstreams across product, operations, finance, and GTM from day one, including scoping features, running onboarding checklists, and building financial models for market entry. Debug delayed payouts, automate manual processes with scripts, and write playbooks to scale without adding headcount. Feed product roadmaps with merchant insights, track competitive positioning, and prepare investor materials while working directly with the founding team in London. No shadowing or note-taking; deliver quantified fixes and ship real initiatives immediately.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience
- Internships or a first role in high-growth fintech or tech, consulting, banking, or a startup of any kind
- Evidence you've built, run, or fixed something real: a project, a business, a system, an analysis
- STEM or quantitative degree
