Job Summary
Lead and implement key strategic and operational projects in cross-functional settings while acting as a sparring partner for the Management Board on strategic tasks. Conduct independent and complex analysis and research to identify relevant KPIs, then deduct concrete actions to develop the company. Develop new business fields in collaboration with operational teams and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Requires an above-average university degree, 1-2 years of practical experience in strategy & business development, stellar analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workplace. Required Qualifications
- Above-average university degree at a top university
- 1-2 years of practical experience in strategy & business development in a leading consultancy/financial service firm/industry, optionally in a start-up environment
- Stellar analytical skills and distinctive understanding of numbers
- Strong personality to work in a fast-moving scale-up environment
- Intrinsic motivation to actively drive impact in our business activities
- Quick perception and structured working methods
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Workplace
