Job Summary
Junior Store Assistants are the backbone of our retail stores, assisting customers on the shop floor, keeping aisles organized, and performing back-of-store duties such as unloading stock and ensuring shelves remain full. The role requires flexibility to work weekends, after school hours (4pm–9pm), and during school holidays. We offer market-leading hourly pay statewide with shift allowances and extensive training to become a retail superstar, plus programs like medical checks, physiotherapy support, and internal promotion pathways. Required Qualifications
