Job Summary
Lead Bible studies and times of prayer while discipeling and mentoring students daily. Build relationships that encourage growth and accountability, and assist with daily program operations and activities. Participate in outreach, chapel, and campus events to help maintain a structured, Christ-centered environment. This role requires a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, agreement with Assemblies of God doctrine, and a heart for people struggling with addiction. You must be willing to complete Biblical Counseling training and possess strong communication and relational skills. We offer PTO, health insurance, and ongoing training within a ministry focused on life transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and spiritual maturity
- Agreement with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission
- Heart for people struggling with addiction
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to complete Biblical Counseling training
- Strong communication and relational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and stay organized
