Job Summary
Junior Staff Accountant supports the Finance team by performing core accounting tasks, assisting with month-end close activities, and supporting member payment processing and provider refund operations. This role reports directly to the Accounting Manager and follows a hybrid schedule with three days per week onsite in the Milwaukee office.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0–2 years of Accounting or Finance experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Great Plains (GP) or similar accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
