Job Summary
Set up and maintain product data across Oracle PLM, Salesforce CRM, and SAP ERP platforms to ensure accuracy and availability for sales teams. Configure product attributes for pricelists, quoting tools, and eCommerce sites while managing high-volume tickets and resolving operational issues. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support product lifecycle transitions, new introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Document processes and partner with IT to drive tool enhancements. Work Monday through Friday on the second shift (14:00–22:00), with quarter-end weekend availability expected.
Required Qualifications
- Holds a university degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
- 1+ years of experience in a technical role in a large company
- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 2nd shift (14:00-22:00)
- Work during quarter-end weekends is expected
- Under 10% travel
- Relocation provided: None
