Job Summary

Junior Sous Chefs provide outstanding experiences for our guests by helping to plan and direct food preparation, ensuring quality and variety meets need and expectations; responsibilities include leading the culinary team by example, expediting and participating in all food preparation, scheduling staff, overseeing purchasing, and maintaining HACCP/health and safety standards in a remote alpine resort setting. Requires 2-5 years cooking experience, food handling certification, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to train and develop back-of-house staff, and English proficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Food handling certification is required.
  • Experience as a cook in a fast-paced food service (2-5 years preferred in a similar environment).
