Job Summary
As Junior Sous Chef you’ll run your own kitchen section, cook to brand standards, and support the chefs in your team to deliver top quality standards on every shift. You’ll lead a kitchen section as a team leader, develop management and leadership skills, and assist with stock control and ordering to set your team up for success. You’ll be part of Premium Country Pubs and Mitchells & Butlers, enjoying flexible shifts and employee benefits, including discounts across brands and a pension and holidays.
