Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and a food preparation checklist; maintain and monitor food quality and logs; assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees; ensure safety and cleanliness, report maintenance needs, and follow policies; communicate clearly with staff, support team to meet goals, and respond to guest needs; stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed; preferred education in technical, trade, or vocational studies.
