Job Summary
Kitchen Captain role overseeing daily operations at TOCA Social Birmingham Bullring: lead and develop venue kitchen teams, ensure guest experiences are memorable, supervise prep and cooking to spec, uphold food safety standards (HACCP and health and safety), control food costs and waste, manage stock and ordering, recruit and onboard staff, coach teammates, and drive initiatives to deliver outstanding experiences across evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years supervisory experience within hospitality, or at least 6 months of experience as a senior teammate at TOCA Social
