Job Summary
Junior Sous Chef role supporting Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef by developing seasonal menus and ensuring high culinary standards. Acts as a point of contact between the kitchen and management/food service team, demonstrates leadership by training and mentoring junior team members, and adheres to the Company’s Food Policy and Food Handler responsibilities in line with legislation and contractual obligations. The role requires focus, motivation, teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to perform well under pressure while upholding professional appearance.
