Job Summary
Monitor purchase order acknowledgements, track supplier performance metrics including on-time delivery and open order status, and maintain accurate order data within ERP systems. Proactively expedite critical materials to meet production schedules, communicate shipment updates to Planning and Operations teams, and escalate supply risks to leadership. Generate supplier performance reports, support supplier onboarding and data maintenance, and document communication records to strengthen supplier relationships. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing lead times and improving supply chain reliability. This role supports manufacturing operations at Twin Disc's Racine, Wisconsin headquarters, requiring a Bachelor's degree and 0-3 years of supply chain experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in: Supply Chain, Purchasing, Planning, Customer Service, Manufacturing Operations
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Internship or co-op experience in supply chain, operations, or procurement is a plus
