Job Summary
Lead client onboarding and go-live phases by guiding customers through platform preparation, configuration, and deployment. Diagnose technical issues with support and customer success resources while defining and documenting business and technical requirements. Create user documentation, training materials, and operating procedures, then participate in project calls as a subject matter expert. Coordinate tasks for internal and external team members, executing scripting, data imports, testing, and knowledge transfer. Translate business needs into technical specifications for reports and product enhancements, building relationships to facilitate requirements gathering. Work across time zones with nationwide and global clients to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of HTML/JavaScript and web development experience, including hands-on implementation or support work at a software company
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver software implementation projects from pre-sales through final delivery, preferably in this or a related industry
- Demonstrated technical and client support experience, specifically with cloud-hosted and client-installed applications
- Ability to accurately track multiple detail-intensive, interdependent tasks with timely completion
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work productively in a virtual team environment
- Strong commitment to building successful client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Work across time zones with nationwide clients and with global team members across the US, India, and China
- An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in software implementation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in energy efficiency retrofits or utility efficiency programs
- Proficiency in some of the following: MS SQL, Postman, Embarcadero RAD Studio, Delphi, Pascal, RESTful API development, and business intelligence tools
- Agentic coding experience, primarily using Claude Code or an equivalent agentic coding platform
- General knowledge of database structures and familiarity with data migration tools and processes
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent ticket management systems
- Experience in the energy efficiency retrofit or construction industry, especially utility demand-side management
- Salesforce API integration experience
- Azure DevOps pipeline and CI/CD experience
- Interaction with .NET Framework, C# and MSSQL
- Use of Visual Studio Code/Enterprise
- Use of Azure DevOps Git
- Use of Microsoft SQL Server
- Use of Zendesk
- An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
