Job Summary
Provide pre-sales support to identify and present solutions meeting business and technical requirements within the CallTower product portfolio. Conduct client consultations on voice infrastructure, recommending design, planning, and implementation strategies. Collaborate with teams to diagnose solution gaps, evaluate design issues, and provide architectural guidance. Develop materials for consistent product demos, including presentations and pre-demo question lists. Deliver effective demonstrations of CallTower's main and ancillary products. Oversee scoping, identification, and creation of Statements of Work for solutions. Identify optimal technical solutions for existing customer needs and share best practices for recommended roadmaps. Provide specifications for solution definition, management, and delivery. Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs in collaboration with the sales team. Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams and collaborate on new product deployments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong executive presentation skills with the ability to guide senior business leaders through proposed solutions, clearly articulating business value, and driving stakeholder alignment
- 3+ years of Experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, project management, or product development
- 3+ years of Experience with UCaaS or CCaaS platforms as well as ancillary products to support these solutions
- A professional business attitude and courteous manner toward clients, partners, and co-workers
- Ability to work weekends and/or off-hours as necessary to meet clients' needs
- This position may require travel, locally, nationally, and internationally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills which include demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective
- Ability to generate labor estimates for professional services

- Technical certifications relating to UCaaS or CCaaS
