Job Summary
Junior Solution Delivery Manager responsible for the end-to-end integration of Tradebyte’s top brands/retailers, planning, managing and implementing integration projects, and supporting multiple customer integrations simultaneously. You’ll ensure sales partners on marketplaces can quickly sell products and maintain an optimal online presence, and you’ll support partner-specific projects from start to finish. You’ll serve as the product/channel expert for top channels (e.g., Zalando, AboutYou, ASOS), prepare and host webinars, trainings, and workshops for partners (including on-site sessions). The role sits in a cross-functional Flagship team focused on delivering integrated solutions for high-profile brands within a hybrid working model in Germany or the UK, with relocation assistance available subject to agreement.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or completed a similar training
- Experience with Salesforce
- Structured and organized with a strong analytical approach; hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; German would be a plus
- Interest in e-commerce, data interfaces and online marketplaces
- Professional communication via email/phone; confident in customer meetings
- Empathetic, patient, reliable, resilient communication style
