Job Summary
Provide proactive technical consultation to event organizers on integrating ticketpay APIs with existing CRM and entry systems. Leverage AI tools like LLMs and coding assistants to rapidly prototype custom reports, workflows, and workarounds for client needs. Automate manual processes by connecting disparate systems using n8n, make.com, and Webhooks. Offer operational support by resolving technical inquiries and accompanying major events, including a scheduled weekend on-call rotation once monthly. This role sits within a modern SaaS environment in Hamm, fostering a flat hierarchy where tech enthusiasts drive innovation through API-driven solutions and AI automation.
Required Qualifications
- Hintergrund in SaaS, Event-Tech oder Systemintegration
- Verständnis für APIs (z. B. POST-Request, JSON, Postman)
- Verwendung von KI-Tools zur Generierung von Code, SQL-Queries oder Excel-Formeln
- Kommunikation auf Deutsch (C1+)
- Verfügbarkeit für turnusmäßiges (ca. 1x im Monat) Notfall-Telefon am Wochenende
