Job Summary
Junior Solution Architect role supporting solution design and delivery activities across Red Hat technologies. Responsibilities include preparing materials for technical workshops, demos, and proofs of concept under guidance; translating requirements into standardized proposals and enablement collateral; documenting use cases and contributing to internal knowledge bases; researching competitor solutions and industry trends; collaborating with sales and engineering teams for delivery consistency; and supporting customer demos, pilot setup, and technical account plan inputs for Account SA as well as partner enablement sessions and training preparation for Ecosystem SA. The role involves handling confidential customer information in accordance with Red Hat policies and privacy laws. Red Hat offers flexible work environments, including in-office, office-flex, and fully remote arrangements depending on role requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be required per posting
- Knowledge of Red Hat technologies or ecosystem (implied)
